Rental Costs

LED walls are still costly to buy outright. That’s why renting a video wall is more cost-effective. We offer several grades of LED VIDEO WALLS, from 1.9 pitch to 5.9 pitch. The lower the pixel the more expensive each panel is to rent. We also offer outdoor video walls. The main difference between indoors and outdoors is the outdoors is weatherproof and much brighter! Indoor-led walls offer better picture quality up close. We have the ability to make custom-sized walls. Our led panel inventory is over 1500 panels. So we can handle events that require multiple led walls. LED walls are starting to phase out projectors. Even Laser Projectors.

Installation Requirements

Renting a LED wall requires several components in order to successfully maximize your rental. First, you have to decide if you want it hanging in the air for better views. Or ground stacked which means the screen starts from the ground and goes up. Ceiling height and number of attendees play a part in choosing what is best. The next part is your electrical requirements. Does the venue provide 20-40amp circuits to provide enough power to turn on the wall? Not having enough power will result in a wall that won’t turn on or will be very dim. Our technical team will send out a crew of LED WALL Techs to set up and strike the event. We will also send a LED Wall programmer who will program the wall and troubleshoot any problems on-site.
